The general strike called by the Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities against the agreement reached among the political parties on less than 14 states approved by the State Restructuring Committee of the Constituent Assembly has crippled life across the Kathmandu Valley and many parts of the country for the second consecutive day on Monday.
